 I`m a self taught cake baker and decorator . All started by making cakes for family and friends and loads of cupcakes for my children`s schools! Always lovely comments from everyone. But my passion and with it Carlas Cakes started when I did the `Fireman Sam Cake`a request from a friend for her son. Since than it`s been Cake,

Cake, Cake all the way!... 

 I have knowledge of some Portuguese cake recipes one of which I 

use to do my cakes, very popular in Portugal called Pao de Lo (very soft sponge and no butter) normally filled and Iced with a custard

cream called Doce d`ovos. I also can fill my cakes with Creme

Patissiere and Creme Brigadeiro etc.

 All my cakes are made to order, designed and flavoured to your requirements. Single or Multi Tier.
